Before you write
- Reporting a wrong result? Include the page, the exact values you entered and the answer you expected. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it the same day.
- Requesting a tool? Tell us what you are trying to work out, not just the name of the calculator. The underlying question often points at a better tool than the one requested.
- Financial, medical or legal questions. We cannot advise on individual circumstances. Our pages are general information, and anything consequential deserves a qualified professional.
- Price data queries. Metal and currency figures come from third-party feeds and are indicative reference prices, not dealing quotes. If a figure looks badly out of line, do tell us.
- Accessibility. If something here is unusable with a screen reader, keyboard or magnification, that is a bug and we treat it as one. Please describe your setup.
